City Bay Fun

I just finished the City Bay 6km and surprised myself by running the whole way. Training has been pretty slack, with a 3km run about once or twice a week, and a couple of weeks in August with nothing at all.

It's a great atmosphere which keeps you going. It seemed to go quite quickly, not like the treadmill which is so boring. I think the 3km training is a boredom limit. Question now is whether to slack off again, or use it to kick start some summer fitness.
